We start with the concept that the product our client wishes
to market is a job. With this approach, we utilize the
principles of effective graphics, motivating copy, and
market research to totally coordinate all aspects of both
short and long-term hiring and employment advertising. We
provide turnkey creation, production, and placement of your
recruitment ads in all appropriate media sources. In
addition to placing ads in national and international
newspapers as well as the growing number of internet web
site recruitment options, we handle placement in trade
journals, association magazines, radio and television. Our
goal is to use every available resource to find the “perfect
candidate” for the position you need to fill.

Our Services
One of the concerns of any client is the cost. Our primary
source of revenue is an agency commission that is allowed by
the media to a recognized advertising agency. As a national
recruitment agency, we have a well-established identity and
credit history with all of the major media as well as
general and niche recruitment web sites. If prepayment for
an ad or posting is required, we handle it immediately to
expedite placement of your ads and postings. There is no
additional charge for copywriting, creative designs for
borders, research, or consultation time with our clients.
Because our goal is to contain the cost to our client as
much as possible, nominal fees for production and delivery
include a communication charge and typesetting charge for a
display (bordered) ad. We have never required a contract to
do business with us. Our strategy is to reduce your cost per
hire to a level that will prove your confidence in our
services, and that you will continue relying upon us for all
your future recruitment needs.
